Terms & Conditions

Customs duty and Import tax may be charged to the customer.

It is 12-20% of the total value of your order.

This is separate from your DHL shipping fee.

The customer is responsible for the order.

Exchange and refund.

We will refund items if returned in the original state as of when received.

We will only exchange or refund if a mistake is made on the part of Styles and Fits.

Items must be returned to Styles and Fits, to receive an exchange or refund.

Most of the time, your order is custom-made, we do not do refunds or exchanges.

Securing your order

To secure your order we follow a two-step payment process:

• 70% Deposit: A 70% deposit is required before production begins. This ensures we can source fabrics and start the construction of your outfit.
• Full Payment Before Delivery: The remaining 30%, along with any applicable VAT, must be paid in full before your garment is delivered.
  Please note, a 10% VAT will be added to the total order cost.
